Bullseye Builds with Community is Target’s signature community activation, bringing together volunteerism and design expertise to strengthen local spaces across the country. Through hands-on projects led by Target team members, the initiative responds to local needs to create more connected, functional, and welcoming community spaces.

Building on an existing visual concept, my role was to refine the identity and develop a comprehensive set of guidelines that would make the system more cohesive, flexible, and scalable.

The work included strengthening the logomark, establishing proportions and rules for a flexible city lockup, and evolving the graphic elements to create a stronger connection to the core identity. A range of applications and mockups demonstrated how the system could extend across formats, providing a clear foundation for consistent future use.
